In accordance with current food and allergen information regulations, the list of allergens present in each preparation will be available at the event venue.

The food and dishes served during the event are produced, processed, handled and/or stored in a shared kitchen, where various foods containing allergens are used and handled daily.

For this reason, the absence of accidental or involuntary cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed, even for dishes in which a specific allergen is not listed among the ingredients.

Advance notice of any food allergies or intolerances is therefore necessary to allow staff to provide the available information and, where possible, to assess alternatives. Such notice does not, however, make it possible to guarantee preparations completely free from the reported allergen or from any possible cross-contamination.

In case of severe food allergies or particular sensitivity, we recommend carefully evaluating the information provided before consuming, and informing the staff of your condition.
